— How we control quality
Ready stock or clearance,
every item runs the same inspection before listing.
Clearance items mostly come from inspected recycled stock or production overstock — that doesn't mean lower quality, just irregular quantities or discontinued specs. Every piece goes through these four checks before listing:
01 · Dimension recheck
Caliper-measured outer diameter, thickness, and bore, checked against tolerance to confirm the listed spec is correct.
02 · Material verification
Confirms whether it's N35 / N42 / N52, Ferrite, or SmCo, avoiding mix-ups that cause unexpected magnetic strength.
03 · Coating & grading
Checks Ni/Epoxy/Zn coating integrity and oxidation level, graded clearly as A (near-new) or B (minor cosmetic flaw, function unaffected). Grade C (structural corrosion) is never listed — it goes straight to the materials recycler.
04 · Magnetic pull sampling
Samples from the same batch are tested for vertical pull force, confirming actual strength falls within the material's rated range.
If a clearance item has a Grade B cosmetic flaw, the exact condition (e.g. "light oxidation") is stated in the listing — never glossed over with vague wording.
